By availing our services you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Cancellation & Refund Policy.

By purchasing services or digital products from Advanta Legal Tech (“Advanta,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We aim to deliver high-quality consulting services and digital solutions. This policy ensures transparency around cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Consulting & Advisory Services (strategy, implementation, advisory)
  • Workshops & Training (virtual or in-person)
  • Digital Products (Blueprint, Toolkit Library, Transformation Package, templates, reports)
  • Subscriptions & Membership Plans (including community and newsletters)

 

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Consulting & Advisory Services

  • 7+ days before scheduled date: Full refund (minus processing fees).
  • Within 7 days: 75% refund.
  • Same-day cancellations / no-shows: Non-refundable.

 

2.2 Workshops & Training

  • 5+ days in advance: Full refund.
  • Within 5 days: 50% refund.
  • Within 24 hours / no-shows: Non-refundable.

 

2.3 Subscriptions & Memberships

  • Can be cancelled anytime.
  • No pro-rata refunds for unused billing cycles.

 

2.4 Cancellation by Advanta

If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose either:

  • A rescheduled session at no extra cost, or
  • A full refund (no cancellation fee).

 

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Digital Products (Blueprint, Toolkit Library, Transformation Package)

  • Toolkit Library: 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Transformation Package: 60-day money-back guarantee. Covers advisory + toolkit. Request must be made within 60 days of purchase.
  • Blueprint (Free): Non-applicable.

 

3.2 Other Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for:
    • Duplicate payments or billing errors.
    • Non-delivery of services due to our internal issues.

 

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Partially delivered services.
  • Missed appointments or no-shows.
  • Active subscriptions once a billing cycle has started.

 

3.4 Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method.
  • External payment processor delays are outside our control.

 

4. Policy Updates

Advanta Legal Tech may update this policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page and effective immediately.
