Cancellation & Refund

By availing our services you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Effective Date: April 30, 2025

By engaging Advanta Legal Tech (“Advanta,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for any services or digital products, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We are committed to delivering high-quality legal technology consulting services and digital solutions, and this policy ensures transparency around cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to:

  • Legal Technology Consulting (strategy, implementation, advisory)
  • Maturity Assessment Tools & Reports
  • Workshops & Training (virtual or in-person)
  • Digital Products (templates, whitepapers, reports)
  • Subscription or Membership Plans

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by the Client

Consulting & Advisory Services

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date: Full refund (minus processing fees).
  • Cancellations made within 7 days: 75% refund.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Non-refundable.

Workshops & Training

  • Cancellations made 5+ days in advance: Full refund.
  • Cancellations within 5 days: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: No refund.

Subscriptions or Memberships

  • You may cancel anytime.
  • No pro-rata refunds for unused portions of the billing cycle.

2.2 Cancellation by Advanta

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, resource availability).

In such cases, you will be offered:

  • A rescheduled session at no extra cost, or
  • A full refund — no cancellation fee applied.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Timely cancellation as outlined above
  • Service non-delivery due to internal issues
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital downloads (templates, reports, etc.)
  • Partially delivered services
  • Missed appointments or no-shows
  • Active subscriptions or memberships (once started)

3.3 Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method
  • Delays from external payment processors are beyond our control

4. Policy Updates

Advanta reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted here and become effective immediately upon publication.
