2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Service Cancellation by the Client
Consulting & Advisory Services:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date will incur a 25% cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Workshops & Training:
Cancellations made 5 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 5 days will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or for no-shows.
Subscription or Membership Plans:
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
2.2. Cancellation by Advanta
Advanta reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, staff unavailability).
In such cases, clients will have the option to either:
Reschedule the service at no additional cost, or
Receive a full refund with no cancellation fees.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
Cancelled Services: If you cancel a service within the eligible timeframe.
Service Non-Delivery: If Advanta is unable to deliver the promised service due to internal reasons.
Duplicate Payments: If you were mistakenly charged more than once.
3.2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Digital Products: Downloadable templates, whitepapers, and research reports.
Partially Completed Services: If part of the service has already been delivered.
No-Shows or Missed Sessions: Failure to attend or participate in booked services.
Subscription or Membership Plans: Once initiated, they are non-refundable.
3.3. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Any delays caused by third-party payment processors are beyond Advanta’s control.
